Here at the Online Joke Shop customer satisfaction is very important to us, and so we offer a 30 day hassle free: return and refund or replacement policy. If you would like to return unwanted goods please send them back in their original condition for a refund (Postage costs are not refundable). If the products are faulty or we sent them in error, we will offer the option of a refund or replacement and we will fully refund your return postage costs.
